The International Institute for Industrial Environmental Economics (IIIEE) at Lund Univeristy was founded in 1994 and has since developed genuine interdisciplinary education and research with focus on strategies for sustainable development. The institute facilitates a great number of external research and development projects as well as two international master programs. Work duties

The research coordinator will work within the area of sharing economy and specifically within the project ”Urban Sharing”. The applicant will work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural research group consisting of 7 researchers: one professor, two senior researchers, two post-docs and two PhD-students. The applicant will, within the frame of the employment, do administrative, technical and coordinative tasks.

The work duties includes: 

  • Ensure that the project progresses according to plan which means following up on both economy and planned activities within the frame of the project.
  • Manage administration regarding research ethic and the contacts with international ethical committees (Brazil, Canada, Australia and South Korea)
  • Coordinate the contacts between different stakeholders and partners in the project.
  • Take notes at project meetings as well as transcribing interviews.
  • Organise the practical thing around field work such as travel, contacts, accommodation, insurance etc.
  • Develop and maintain the project web page with information and communicate through other channels.

Qualifications 

  • A university degree at master level and/or experience with research administration
  • Basic technical competence mainly in work with web pages
  • Very good oral and written proficiency in English

  • Good ability to structure, organise and prioritize the work in an effective way
