Successful applicant should have extensive expertise in molecular biology, which is a necessary requirement to study the function of noncoding (nc) protein RNA species in stem and cancer cell.

Job assignments:

Employ high-throughtput RNA-seq methods to delineate the function of small ncRNA in stem cells and during lineage-specific differentiation programs. Successful applicant will be responsible for bioinformatic analysis, experimental planning and validation of sequencing results.

Qualifications requested:

Applicant should hold a PhD in Biology, a strong background in RNA and stem cell biology and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written English communications skills are required.
