Tasks
Measurement and analysis of time-resolved x-ray absorption and emission spectra of transition metal complexes and other light activated complexes at table top source and large scale facilities. Particular focus will lay on elements with transition energies in the tender x-ray range of 2-4 keV.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Phd in Physics or Chemistry
- Good knowledge of English (working language)
- Active research experience with publications as first author
- Practical knowledge in x-ray spectroscopy
- The work has to be started 1st September 2018 at the latest.
Desirable qualifications:
- Practical knowledge with time-resolved techniques (optical or x-ray)
- Practical knowledge in data-analysis with python/matlab
- Practical knowledge with energy dispersive detection techniques
- Practical knowledge with laser produced x-rays
- Practical knowledge of electrochemistry
