Work assignments
The work includes to organise a database of several Swedish cohorts and national registers and to use these data for research within a large-scaled epidemiological study of metabolic factors and prostate cancer risk and prognosis. The work may also include statistical supervision within the research group or in other collaborations.
Qualifications
PhD in a relevant epidemiological subject and a degree in statistics or proven strong statistical skills from relevant epidemiological studies is mandatory. Experience from working with large data and knowledge in cancer epidemiology is meritorious. Good organisational skills and good ability to collaborate as well as working independently are required. Good spoken and written English is required and knowledge in Swedish is meritorious.
The employment at Division of Oncology and Patology is temporary for 6 months with proposed startdate November 1, 2018.
