Profile
MR research, clinically as well as technically raises demands on analysis support for quantitative and qualitative evaluation of fMRI data. Such evaluation can be made retrospectively and in this case new analysis methods can give new information, as well as prospectively in new projects accepted in adequate MR research boards at our university/hospital.

Work tasks
Use of established fMRI analysis tools for evaluation of fMRI data sets and development of fMRI paradigms.

Development of methods for alternative analysis of fMRI data in collaboration with MR Physicists at our hospital.

Qualifications
Basic education corresponding to BSc level in a relevant technical topic (eg computer science, statistics, mathematics or physics). Solid knowledge about fMRI analysis methods, in particular regarding so-called resting state fMRI. Good knowledge in programming, in particular regarding Matlab and Python. Documented experience of MR research in the neuro field. Large attention will also be made to personal suitability.

The position is time limited with starting date 2018-10-01 or according to agreement.
