Subject description The work concern development and application of optical diagnostics for plasma and plasma-assisted combustion.

Work duties

Research within the subject area concerning applying laser diagnostics for investigations of plasma-assisted combustion.
Supervision of degree projects and doctoral students
Collaboration with industry and wider society
Administration related to the work duties listed above

Qualification requirements Applicants must have:

A PhD or equivalent research qualification in combustion diagnostics.
Very good oral and written proficiency in English.
Documented experience in laser based plasma/combustion research.
Documenter experience in laboratoy work on high-voltage and combustion.

Assessment criteria and other qualifications Consideration will also be given to good collaborative skills, drive and independence, and how the applicant’s experience and skills complement and strengthen ongoing research within the department, and how they stand to contribute to its future development.

Terms of employment Temporary employment, 100 %, 2019-03-01 - 2019-08-01.
