The laboratory intend to expand our work in the area of portein interaction in normal and malignant Blood cell development. To this end we need to develop our competence in the area of proteomics.

Job assignments
The applicant will perform state of the art proteomics analysis including cultivation of cells, preparation of protein and MS analysis. Further, the generated data will be analyzed using bioinformatic tools. The work will also include writing reports as well as to some extent teaching and supervision in the area of proteomics.

Qualification requests
The applicant must have a PhD in the general area of Biomedicine and extensive experience working with advanced proteomics analysis. The applicant needs advanced knowledge in MS-techology and must be able to develop projects an conduct experiments in this area. This demands advanced knowledge and extensive experience in bioinformatic analysis of relevance to proteomics. Experience of BioID analysis is an advantage.
