Work duties:


Research at the Clinical Memory Research Unit to evaluate and validate new imaging methods for understanding the early functional and structural changes in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) using ultra high field MRI. We will use imaging techniques to better understand the pathogenesis of these disorders as well as the relationships between imaging biomarkers and clinical symptoms. The successful applicant will be involved in projects investigating MRI methods, as well as PET imaging of tau and beta-amyloid.

Qualification requirements:


The position requires PhD and or post doc with focus on functional MRI in AD. Applicants must have a strong publication record and documented experience in research on MRI in AD. Broad knowledge of statistical data analysis is an advantage, also experience with 7 Tesla MRI.
Applicants with experience in working at the interface between clinical applications and methods development are especially encouraged to apply.
Excellence in written and spoken English and ability to work independently are required and previous experience in working in multiple research centers is a plus.
Personal suitability will also be considered.
