We seek an individual to coordinate and manage activities in the Mistra Urban Futures, Skåne Local Interaction Platform (SKLIP) as well as periodic assistance at the Centre for Sustainability Studies (LUCSUS). The responsibilities will include working with multiple academic institutions in Sweden and internationally as well as actors outside of academia (e.g., municipalities, private companies). The coordinator will work directly with the platform director.
The applicant should have proven experience and competencies coordinating multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast paced academic environment. Furthermore, the applicant should have demonstrated experience in research and academic publishing focused on sustainability and/or urban development issues with an advanced academic degree (preferably PhD). Academic English fluency is essential; strong Swedish language skills is also deemed important. Periodic travel for meetings and conferences, etc. can be required.
