We are looking for a project assistant for the Erasmus+-project: ”the Network for Intercultural Competence to facilitate Entrepreneurship” (NICE). The project assistant will work togehter with the project manager and coordinate and administer the project in accordance with the application. The purpose of the project is to, in cooperation with representatives from 6 other European Universities, develop and deliver an online education and two summer courses in entrepreneurship and intercultural competence.

Tasks

  • Coordination of Lund University’s work packages
  • Communication with the project coordinator (Univ of Edinburgh)
  • Reports of hours and activities
  • Marketing of the educations towards LU students
  • Applications
  • Participation at meetings with the consortia (online and physical)

 The qualifications needed are the following:

  • Completed master degree in one of the fields of Social sciences.
  • Ability to work and communicate in English
  • Experience of coordination and reporting in EU-projects
  • Ability to work in a multinational team
  • Administrative ability
  • Ability to participate in meetings abroad, appr. 6 days a year.

  • Expericnec from administration of Erasmus+ projects
  • Interest in entrepreneurship and intercultural competence

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Consideration will also be given to good collaborative skills, motivation and independence, and how the applicant’s experience and skills complement and strengthen the administrative work within Sten K. Johnson Centre for Entrepreneurship and Department of Business Administration.
