The Cell Reprogramming in Hematopoiesis and Immunity group is now recruiting a full-time research engineer that will work with various research projects during 1 year. The group focuses on cell reprogramming, hematopoiesis, and the development of cell and gene immunotherapeutic strategies.
Work duties and areas of responsibility
The position contains work on the development of a novel direct reprogramming strategy of fibroblasts into effector T cells. The goal is to provide a novel T cell source for CAR-T cell generation. The successful candidate will be performing molecular cloning, lentiviral productions, mice colony management, isolation of mouse embryonic fibroblasts and general laboratory organization and administration.
