Lund University announces a temporary position as Researcher, 100% in business administration, focusing on new venture teams. The employment is 100% during 12 months and implies a formal employment at Lund University, Department of Management at the School of Economics and Management.

Work tasks

The employee is to work within a research project on entrepreneurial teams, focusing on how teamwork influences decision making and behavior in the context of new ventures. The position implies working with qualitative or quantitative data, conduct interviews, analyze research material and write publishable research reports.

Requirements

The applicant is to have a PhD in business administration or other subject focusing on innovation or entrepreneurship as well as thorough experience of qualitative or quantitative research. Excellent knowledge of English in both spoken and written form is required.

Knowledge in the relevant subject area will constitute the basis of evaluation. The applicant needs to demonstrate ability to collaborate, as well as the ability to independently carry out research projects.

The extent to which the applicant’s experience and competence complement and strengthen research at the School of Economics and Management will also be considered.

The most important criteria are experience of high-quality research, as well as documented ability to carry through empirical work, analyze data material and author research reports.
