Job description
We are searching for Project assistants to support a project studying the effects of urbanisation on birds. Project assistant will be required to carry out monitoring of nestbox populations of breeding great tits and blue tits at various urban and non-urban sites located around Lund, Malmö, and Helsingborg. Project assistant will assist with collection and collation of data on breeding activities in nestboxes, as well as assisting with experiments led by our researchers/students. Daily travel is required to and around study sites, for which a car will be provided. Being based in the Lund, Malmö, or Helsingborg areas is advisable. If needed, basic accommodation at a low rate can be provided at the Department’s field station, located 16 km east of Lund. Occasional trips to Göteborg may be required to conduct fieldwork there.
