Project assistant in Biology - Hiring in process/Finished, not possible to apply

Job assignment
We are looking for a Project Assistant for expression analysis of larva of Tephritis conura adapted to different host plants. The position will be within the research group on the evolutionary ecology of plant-insect interactions.

Qualifications
Required:

• Applicants should hold a PhD in evolutionary biology/genetics and have solid knowledge of evolutionary genomics and gene expression analysis in particular.

Meriting:

• Knowledge in metabolomics and experience with working on the Rackham cluster.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Consideration will also be given to good collaborative skills, drive and independence, and how the applicant's experience and skills is expected to contribute to the project.

Terms of employment
Temporary position for 2,5 months. Lund University applies individual compensation. Please state your salary requirement in the application.
