The IIIEE is an international and interdisciplinary centre within Lund University that produces and shares actionable knowledge to accelerate the transitions to climate-neutral and resource-efficient economies. We do rigorous, impactful, and solution-oriented interdisciplinary research, focused on Business Management and Practice, Consumption Governance, Urban Transformation, and Policy Interventions. Work duties

 

  • Administrative support to the Director of Studies with a special focus on the project concerning the transition from LUVIT to CANVAS, but also other issues related to special adaptations of our master programs due to the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Administrative support for the project manager for the Canvas transition
  • Identify, develop and update guidelines and document templates for the education at IIIEE
  • Assist the project manager for the CANVAS project at IIIEE in the process of developing customized guidelines for teachers at the institute
  • Assist the project manager for the CANVAS project at IIIEE in planning and implementing the transition to CANVAS and in supporting the teachers in this process.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with learning platforms such as LUVIT and CANVAS (as a user)
  • Good ability to communicate in English
  • Solutions oriented
  • Be able to see overall context but still have an eye for details

 

Other merits

Since the worktasks to a large extent requires an understanding of the nature of the education and knowledge of the communication channels / tools used at the IIIEE within our education, it is a merit to have completed or have good insight into the education programs given at IIIEE.

Consideration will also be given to i.e. good collaborative skills, drive and independence, and how the applicant’s experience and skills complement and strengthen the administrative work within the unit/department, as well as contribute to its future development.
