Work duties
Most of the work will consist of practical laboratory work. It will include processing of biomass, enzymatic processing and analyzes using spectrophotometric and chromatographic methods, mainly HPLC. Planning of experiments as well as processing and compilation of data are also included.
Qualifications
- Master of Science in Biotechnology or equivalent,
- Very good knowledge of English,
- Theoretical knowledge of enzyme technology,
- Practical experience of biotechnological laboratory, preferably from the enzyme technology field, including enzyme production and enzyme catalysed conversions.
Other merits:
- Practical experience of chromatographic analysis is a merit, especially HPLC.
