Work duties
The primary responsibility will be to work on a running outdoor mesocosm experiment, which is a part of the EU (BiodivErSA) project ‘LimnoSceneES’ under the supervision of Romana Salis (Post-doctoral fellow) and Lars-Anders Hansson (Professor). Main responsibilities will be to assist with sampling and independently perform counting and taxonomic determinations of plankton along with the maintenance work of the mesocosms.
Qualifications
- Education: Masters in Biology, preferably specialization related to Aquatic Ecology
- Experiences related to working with mesocosms and aquatic biodiversity sampling will be advantageous
- Knowledge and experience in handling and taxonomic determination of zooplankton is a requirement
- English language proficiency required

Terms of employment
