The Division of Water Resources Engineering (TVRL) is the largest one in terms of the number of employees at the Department of Building and Environmental Technology at LTH. Activities at TVRL include research, teaching and development of innovation focusing on water in both society and nature. TVRLs research is mainly focusing on costal hydraulics, hydrology, urban water, and water planning. Lund University is the coordinator of the Horizon 2020 project WATERAGRI. The project assistant will work in this project.
Work duties
The candidate will undertake experimental laboratory work and limited field work as part of the EU funded WATERAGRI project. The candidate will work mainly on collecting data from and performing measurements on different wetland systems placed into climate chambers. Measurements are for water, soil and gas quality as well as for vegetation cover. The collected data should also be imported into appropriate software. The candidate will also perform some administrative tasks connected to laboratory and field work.
