These projects typically involve advanced immunohematological, biochemical, cell- and molecular biological techniques. Documenting research, writing scientific articles and applications for research grants may be included among the tasks and so will helping out to keep the laboratory in good shape and order, under the supervision of the laboratory manager. Supervision of students at different levels is an important part of the job.
