Lund University School of Economics and Management is one of eight faculties within Lund University. Tasks
The position refers to a lectureship which, according to the working hours agreement, involves 70% teaching, 20% research and competence development and 10% departmental duties.
The position involves teaching in the field of marketing with a focus on retail marketing. The duties include independently managing courses and taking responsibility for quality assurance and development of pedagogical and educational material. The tasks include broad participation in the department's courses at both undergraduate and advanced levels. The teaching responsibilities include thesis supervision and assessment of essays. Teaching is conducted in both Swedish and English.
The role also includes research and competence development, which includes writing scientific articles and actively seeking external research funding.
The duties also include collaborating with the surrounding community and actively participating in the development of the department and the subject area.
Eligibility
Eligible candidates should hold a doctoral degree in business administration in the field of marketing and should also have demonstrated teaching expertise. The latter includes at least five weeks of training in teaching and learning in higher education.
