Job assignments
The research will be focused on study of discrete random processes with interactions, especially path-dependent and reinforced random processes, as well as other interacting random systems.
Eligibility/Entry Requirements
The qualifications for academic positions are given in Chapter 4, Section 3-4 of the Higher Education Ordinance. The candidate is supposed to have (or obtain within 3 months after the closing date) a PhD in Mathematics/Probability theory, and possess a good knowledge of probability theory and stochastic processes. In particular, knowledge of random geometric models and reinforced processes gives a priority to a candidate. The position is especially suitable for those who have received PhD recently.
