The Department of Immunotechnology is dedicated to research in Life Science, including immunology, oncology, and hypersensitivity/allergy. Our modern premises are located at Medicon Village, which hosts academic researchers, Life Science companies and health care actors. Several key infrastructures are available here, including facilities for Spatial Omics, mass spectrometry, flow cytometry, and antibody engineering, as well as NBIS (National Bioinformatics Infrastructure Sweden) bioinformaticians. You will be part of a translational research group that studies the tumor microenvironment, with a particular focus on lymphoma. You will be responsible for practically performing laboratory steps such as staining of tumor tissue and molecular profiling (protein, RNA, DNA) of patient samples. The tasks also include analysis of generated data such as image analysis, and bioinformatic workflows. The project is specifically dedicate to defining and developing tentative novel therapeutic and prognostic targets.

The position is a substitute/fixed term position for 10 months at 100 % of full time and starting in September 2, 2024 or by agreement, although not beyond 30 September 2024”.
