We are looking for a person who can assist with research activities in a project at the Lund University Centre for Sustainability Studies (LUCSUS) about how green industrial change affects people and places. Responsibilities will include the organisation of stakeholder workshops and assisting with the writing of project reports based on data collected by the project team. The successful applicant will work closely with Project Manager Bregje van Veelen.

Applicants should have an advanced (MSc or PhD) academic degree in sustainability science, cultural geography, sociology, or equivalent. They should have documented experience of carrying out multiple research tasks and completing them within set deadlines; as well as experience of writing up research results to a high standard. Very good knowledge and writing skills in both English and Swedish are an essential requirement.

Previous experience of working with relevant stakeholders – including representatives from municipalities, industry and/or trade unions is a strong advantage. Knowledge of green industrial transitions in Sweden and how they impact workers and/or communities is advantageous. Experience of organising workshops or focus groups is meritorious.
