Description of the workplace
The Genetics and Diabetes research group aims to investigate genetics and precision medicine approaches to diabetes and related traits. The group is led by Associate Professor Emma Ahlqvist and consists of research and technical staff. The group is located at CRC, Malmö.

We are now looking for a project assistant for a part time, fixed-term position for 6 months.

Work duties and responsibilities
The main duties are to devote yourself to your projects. You will perform -omics research to understand diabetes and early life factors associated with diabetes risk. You will primarily work with the analysis of large-scale data together with clinical data.

Terms of employment
The employment is a fixed-term employment (SÄVA) for 6 months, 50 % of full time. Start date is 2024-08-12 or as agreed.
The main rule is that employment at Lund University is conducted in Sweden, you are therefore expected to be able to carry out your work on site in Lund and Malmö.
