The Department of Electrical and Information Technology at The Faculty of Engineering, LTH, Lund University is one of the larger departments with around 120 employees. The department consists of four divisions and a group of technical and administrative staff. We are situated in the E-building at LTH’s campus in the north of Lund, but we also have teaching activities at campus Helsingborg.
We conduct research and education within areas related to semiconductor technology, electromagnetics, electronic systems, communication technology, communication networks, internet and information security. We have 70-75 undergraduate courses over a year, targeting the master’s programmes in Lund and the Bachelor programmes in Helsingborg. At the department we have a lot of laboratory activities, both in research and teaching. We have a research lab dedicated to research within electronics systems, wireless communication and 5G and 6G networks and applications. We also have several equipped laboratories for teaching, for example withing electronic systems and communication networks.
We are now looking for a teaching assistant for work with coordination of undergraduate laboratories and its equipment at the department. The work will be under the guidance of the Director of studies. There may also be teaching related duties included in the work.

The position is a fixed term position for the period from January 1, 2025, until May 30, 2025, at 20 per cent of full time or according to agreement. The employment as a Teaching Assistant is regulated in the Higher Education Ordinance (SFS 2017:284), 5 chapter 8-12 §§. The position is covered by the flexitime agreement for the technical and administrative staff.
