Empirical work is envisioned to cover cross-sectoral and cross-national comparisons, e.g. of industries with different knowledge bases such as energy, ICT and crafts in distinct geographical contexts like Germany, UK, or Sweden. Both, qualitative and quantitative methodologies are welcome.
