Work duties
The work focuses on the development of genomic tools to study single protist cells. Some of the planned methods include anaerobic cultivation, environmental sampling, 18S metabarcoding, metagenomics, bioinformatics and phylogenetic analysis.

Terms of employment
The employment is limited to a maximum of 1 year and is full-time (100%). Desired start date February 1, 2025 or as soon as possible according to agreement.
