We seek an individual to assist with research activities as well as coordinate and manage activities in two interdisciplinary projects at Lund University Centre for sustainability Studies: WaterWarmth Project (Accelerating the transition towards sustainable heating in the North Sea region), and TRANSFORM, a project exploring impact pathways to sustainable transformations in small- & medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The responsibilities will include assisting in work/collaborations with national and international academic institutions and periodically with actors outside of academia, including municipalities, SMEs, branch and interest organizations. The project assistant will work directly with project leaders. The desired applicant should have proven experience coordinating multiple tasks in a dynamic academic environment. Furthermore, the applicant should possess an advanced interdisciplinary academic degree (MSc. or equivalent) with solid experience in research focused on sustainability transitions and transformations. English fluency is essential; strong Swedish language skills is also a plus. Periodic travel for project meetings etc. can be required.
