Description of the workplace

The research group, Molecular Evolution, is driven by the goal of understanding the development of multicellularity – in the form of animals or tumors – and its subsequent diversification on Earth and within the human body. We work transdisciplinary across the boundaries of developmental biology and tumor biology. We conduct high-quality research while placing great importance on diversity and fostering a stimulating environment in the lab. Within the research group, we continuously strive to create conditions that promote work satisfaction, development, and participation for all members.
