Description of the Workplace
The research group develops and implements decision support systems for emergency care, primarily within the emergency department, and is led by Ulf Ekelund. The group includes a professor, a senior lecturer, several associate professors, as well as several PhD holders and doctoral students. Many members of the group are emergency physicians who also work clinically at emergency departments in the regions of Skåne and Halland. The group collaborates with other professors and research teams both within and outside of Sweden.
We are now seeking an Assistant Researcher to join the group and work on the further development of our AI-models and their implementation in emergency care.
The research is conducted at the Skåne University Hospital in Lund.

The position is a fixed-term employment according to the Special Fixed-term Employment (SÄVA) regulations §5 p1 LAS, and it is full-time. The desired start date is 2025-06-01 or as agreed upon, with an end date of 2026-05-30.
