We are looking for one to four teaching assistant positions with us at the Department of Design Sciences. The Division of Ergonomics and Aerosol Technology is an interdisciplinary and stimulating environment. Here, research, innovation and teaching take place in an open and creative climate with collaborations both within academia and with industrial partners.
As a teaching assistant, your duties may vary, and the duties should provide an insight into the academic world at the faculty where you are studying. We are looking for four students who want to be part of our teaching with a focus on Interaction Design. Two of the positions have a higher level of employment.

Only those admitted to first or second-cycle courses and study programmes at the faculty may be employed as teaching assistants.

The positions are limited to 2026-01-31. Two of the positions are at 10% of full time, and two of the positions are at 20% of full time. Starting August or September 2025.
The employment must not adversely affect the teaching assistant's studies and may not be combined with other employments. The employment as a Teaching Assistant is regulated in the Higher Education Ordinance (SFS 2017:284), 5 chapter 8-12 §§. Employment as a teaching assistant may not correspond to more than 50 per cent of a full-time post. Duties must comprise educational tasks, administration or participation in research or artistic research.
Teaching assistants shall be employed for an indefinite period, however, for no longer than one year. These appointments may be extended. The total employment period as a teaching assistant may not, however, exceed three years.
