About the role
As a visiting professor at Lund University, your responsibilities will primarily focus on advancing your research area, providing mentorship, and stimulating the broader academic environment through active engagement in research, teaching, supervision, and collaboration. Key aspects of the role include fostering international research networks, mentoring junior colleagues, and initiating or contributing to applications for external research funding. Additionally, there may be opportunities to develop and enhance courses, particularly at the doctoral level, that have the potential to attract international students and strengthen the School's academic offerings. The exact focus and scope of your tasks will be tailored individually, taking into account your expertise and LUSEM's strategic priorities.
