Description of the Workplace
At the Division of Social Medicine and Global Health (SMGH), we work with global public health issues in education, research, and capacity development in collaboration with the global community. Our activities are carried out in close cooperation with international organizations and international partners through long-term and equitable collaborations, with ongoing projects in education, research, and capacity development in several countries in Africa and Asia.
The division is located at the Department of Clinical Sciences in Malmö and is led by Professor Anette Agardh. The division consists of researchers, teachers, statisticians, and administrative staff.

Duties and Responsibilities
The position aims to contribute to ongoing research and education within the field of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), with a particular focus on teaching and capacity development.
The duties include research and educational activities with an emphasis on SRHR, including maternal and child health, gender-based and sexual violence, and health systems development in Africa.
The position includes teaching at the advanced level, primarily within global health and SRHR, including teaching within the medical program and mastersprogram in public health.

The position is a permanent position, 10%, with a start date by agreement. Employment at Lund University is conducted in Sweden, and you are therefore expected to be able to perform your work on site in Malmö.
