Tasks
The tasks include:
- Add a module to PyMCA for alignment of images and their subtraction
- Analyse the first NanoMAX data with the existing tools and those developed in this project
- A systematic study of data collection stability in the context of the final analysis.
Qualifications
The successful candidate has the following qualifications:
- Good programming skills in Python
- Good knowledge of physics (condensed matter, optics or similar)
- Willingness to work with real data from scanning nanoprobe instruments: NanoMAX and soft X-ray instruments around the world
- A special merit is knowledge about X-ray methods in particular synchrotron based
- Student involved in master or bachelor study program in physics or related fields.
The summer work will cover a period of 6 weeks.
