The temporary adjunct lecturer position is part of an EU H2020 Horizon research project on the transition to a zero carbon Europe by 2050. The project is called REINVENT (Realising Innovation in Transitions for Decarbonisation) and is coordinated by Prof Lars J. Nilsson, Lund University.

Work duties
The main task is to assist in coordination of REINVENT, being involved in day-to-day running of the project, tracking project progress, submitting key management and communication deliverables of the project, communicating with internationally based project participants (i.e. researchers and administrators based in four countries and five institutions), as well as organising of workshops and events. To ensure these are in line with the ambitions of the project, the position holder is expected to have a strong research background and have a solid grasp of research conducted within the project. The position requires prior experience in management and coordination of academic research and H2020 projects.
The position is part time 50% for Dr Bengt Johansson who is on partial leave.

Coordination and research skills will be the main selection criteria. The ability to work and communicate in a multi-disciplinary international environment is also very important.
Consideration will also be given to good collaborative skills, drive and independence, and how the applicant’s experience and skills complement and strengthen the department.
