Description of the workplace

The research group conducts research on how the brain develops, stem cell differentiation, cellular reprogramming and new methods to repair the brain with focus on Parkinson’s Disease. For several years, this research area has been at the forefront of regenerative neurobiology and we develop new cell-based therapies based on stem cells and reprogramming. The group is led by Professor Malin Parmar and consists of both research and technical staff. The group is located at the Biomedical Center in Lund. Read more about our exciting research: Here
